Jackie has been part of SHAZAM for more than 30 years, beginning as a part‑time human resources clerk and receptionist in 1992 and advancing to her current role as executive vice president and chief HR officer. She leads companywide HR strategy, talent retention and the development of strong management practices, and oversees systems that protect employee rights and ensure compliance. Jackie also partners closely with leaders across the company to support their goals.
She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is designated a Senior Certified Professional and Certified Diversity Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management, where she is an active member. Jackie also serves as chair of the board of trustees for EveryStep Care & Support Services.
Jackie earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Education in organizational learning and development from Iowa State University.
