For questions about your SHAZAM debit card or to report a lost, stolen or compromised card, contact your financial institution for prompt assistance. For after-hours support, call 800-383-8000 to report a lost or stolen card or 855-219-5399 to report fraudulent activity.

If you're experiencing issues with DocuCommand, please call 800-537-5427 and select 8, then 3.

Fraud (phishing scams)

If you receive a suspicious call, email or text message claiming to be from SHAZAM that asks for sensitive information, please contact us immediately at 866-508-2693 to report a potential phishing scam.

KinetiCore™ banking support

If you’re a financial institution using KinetiCore™ banking solutions and are experiencing issues, please call 800-537-5427 and select 8, then 2.

Nicola Core™ support
