Tom brings deep, hands‑on expertise in acquisition strategy, relationship management, geographic expansion and long‑term strategic planning. Drawing from decades of experience selling EFT solutions to financial institutions nationwide, leading new business and account retention teams, and working across SHAZAM’s business development and merchant acquirer divisions, he offers practical guidance audiences can apply immediately to grow, retain and strengthen their organizations.
