With more than three decades of experience in payments, Manish is dedicated to building impactful partnerships across the payments ecosystem. In his role at SHAZAM, he leads the product, marketing, communications, learning and innovation teams — uniting strategy and execution to deliver secure, seamless and engaging omnichannel experiences for financial institutions.

Manish plays an active leadership role across the payments industry. He is a current steering committee member and former chair of the U.S. Payments Forum, serves as chair of the Secure Remote Payment Council, and is a member of EMVCo’s advisory board, where he represents the interests of debit networks as well as regional and community financial institutions.

A frequent speaker and trusted voice, Manish engages with trade associations and forums across the country on topics including tokenization, e-commerce, artificial intelligence and digital assets. His presentations blend strategic perspective with practical insight, helping audiences understand what’s next.
