Jackie leads SHAZAM’s compliance team and supports enterprise‑wide initiatives to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, applicable laws and global network rules. With more than 20 years of experience in financial services — and a career largely spent building and leading compliance programs — she brings deep regulatory knowledge and a practical, business‑minded approach to risk management.

Prior to joining SHAZAM, Jackie served as chief compliance officer for a public insurance company and as an anti‑money laundering officer at a Des Moines‑based fintech startup. Complementing her leadership experience, she is both a Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and a Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP).

Jackie’s hands‑on compliance experience and real‑world perspective make her a trusted resource and engaging speaker on compliance, risk and governance topics.
